By purchasing a ticket for the car, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions:
One prize will be awarded. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of tickets sold. Winner is responsible for all expenses related to tag, title, tax, and insurance for the vehicle. Vehicle title will be obtained from John Vance Auto Group if all responsibilities are met. Because purchaser is paying for a chance in a charitable raffle, car raffle tickets are NOT tax deductible. The Fair Market Value (FMV) of the vehicle may be considered taxable income. Winner should consult with a CPA as to specifics. The drawing will take place at Dancing for a Miracle (DFAM) on August 8, 2015. Purchaser does not need to be present to win. Employees and directors of Children's Hospital Foundation, DFAM committee members, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. By completing this form, purchaser gives Children's Hospital Foundation and its affiliates permission to contact you by phone, mobile or wireless device, mail, and/or email (internet) at our discretion.
